Survey on TriValley 65+ Division

This is for anybody in TriValley who is 62 or older this year.

We plan to have a 65 division this year in TriValley. The plan is to allow anybody 62 or older to be age eligible this year.

The purpose of this survey is to determine if there is enough interest in 65+ to have a viable division. Please fill out the form below and hit Submit. It’s that easy, and should only take a minute or so.

Please enter a number from 0 to 5.
Enter a number on 0-5 scale, where 0 means "No way. I'm definitely not playing 65+." and 5 means "I'm definitely playing.".
Check any of these that apply to you
- I would like to play full time in 65+; prefer not playing in a younger division.
- I would like to play primarily in 65+, and part time in 55+ or younger.
- I would like to play primarily in 55+ or younger, and part time in 65+.
- I would like to play primarily in 55+ or younger; I'd be willing to play occasionally in 65+ to help out.
It's OK to select more than one. That just means you're thinking about more than one option.
