Antiques Red Opening Day

The 55+ Antiques Red open the season on Sunday, 3/22, at 1pm at Livermore High against the Braves. Meanwhile, the 65+ Antiques Blue can share a practice with the 65+ Giants at Livermore’s JV field between noon and 3pm. Come out, get a workout, and watch some of the 55+ games. 2015 season is starting up

It’s time to get started on the 2015 season. We will have practice this Sunday, 2/15, from 3-5 pm at Livermore High’s JV field. Everybody in the Antiques’ extended family is invited to join us. Team USA 7 — Antiques Red 3

Team USA got ahead early and held on for a 7-3 win over the Antiques Red.

Antiques Blue 6 — 65+ Tribe 1

Phil Montes led way as the Antiques Blue gave the 65+ Tribe their first loss of the year. Phil dedicated the game to his father, Fidel, who passed away last week. Phil’s stats line included: 7 innings pitched, 1 run allowed, 5 strikeouts, winning pitcher 2 for 2 with 2 walks at the plate 3 runs scored, 4 stolen bases

Giants sweep DH with Antiques

The 65 Giants beat the Antiques Blue, 13-9, in the opener. The 55 Giants beat the Antiques Red, 12-6, in game 2.

Cardinals 24 — Antiques Red 8

The Cardinals kept their record perfect by spanking the Antiques Red.

65+ Tribe 16 — Antiques Blue 10

Two 5-run innings by the Tribe made the difference. In both cases, an error by the Antiques opened the door, and then the Tribe made us pay by stringing together hits.
