We were matched up against the Washington Titans in the placement game on Thursday. Both teams had a 4-0 record with 4 runs allowed in the tournament. We won 8-4 to nail down the top seed in the playoffs. Denny Brown started and went seven innings. He allowed 3 runs in the first and one in the seventh. Bob Loflin finished the game with two scoreless innings.
