Download the Labor Day Waiver 2014, fill it out, and turn it in. To turn it in, you can:
- Email a scanned pdf to denny at antiquesbaseball dot com
- Give your waiver to Skip or Denny at a game
- Mail it to Denny at Expert Support Inc., 5150 El Camino Real, Suite D-23, Los Altos, CA 94022
- Fax to Denny at 650-941-2898
Please pay your fees and turn in your waivers right away.
Deadline for submitting fees and waivers is August 4. The tournament fee increases if we don’t have our fees in by August 10.
