Waivers for TriValley

Share this post ...

I am learning how to use Dale’s stats website. One of the things managers are supposed to do is click a “Notify Waiver” button  for each player. That generates an email message you the player with a link, a username, and password that the player can use to submit a waiver online.

That “Notify Waiver” button doesn’t leave an indication that I’ve clicked the button, though, so I might have clicked it more than once for some of you. You only need to submit one waiver. If you’re playing for more than one team, you still only need to submit one waiver. If you got more than one email asking for the waiver, you need only respond to one of them.

The email will look something like this:

{Your name},

Please visit http://tvmsbl.info/onlinewaiver.cfm to submit your Online Player Contract.

When prompted, please use the following:
Username: {an assigned username}
Password: {an assigned password}

 Tri Valley MSBL

Here’s what happens next:

  • Click on the link in the email.
  • Enter your assigned username and password.
  • That will take you  to a screen where you can select an electronic signature. It makes no difference which one you choose. Select one.
  • That takes you to a screen where you can edit your contact information. Review what’s there and change anything that’s wrong or missing. Be sure to put in your birthday and email address.
  • Click on “Update information and continue”
  • That takes you to the screen with the waiver. Read it and then click “Submit Waiver”.
  • You’re done.

If you are playing on any Antiques team (Red, Blue, Black Sox), and you have not gotten the waiver email, please contact Denny.

  1. If you can’t figure out how to do the waiver online after you get the notification email, you can still do it the old fashioned way. Go to the Downloads page, download the waiver, print it, fill it out, and give it to Denny. The link to the Downloads page is in the navigation bar at the top of every page.
